glu.tv is a curated index, not a video host. Using the site means you're fine with the handful of things below.
What you're looking at
Every film on glu.tv plays from its creator's own YouTube channel, embedded here through YouTube's own player. We don't upload it, re-encode it or store it, and we claim no ownership over what you're watching. The rights belong to whoever made it.
YouTube's rules still apply
Playback happens inside YouTube's player, so YouTube's own Terms of Service govern the viewing itself. Age restrictions, region locks, sign-in prompts: that's YouTube's call, not ours. If a video won't play for you, there's nothing we can do about it from this end.
Using glu.tv
There's not much here to misuse. You can't create an account, upload anything or leave a comment. You browse and you watch. Please don't scrape the site or go poking at the embeds, and don't use glu.tv to imply we made or endorsed something we didn't.
No guarantees
We can't promise the site will always be up, or that a film that played yesterday will play today. Creators pull their videos sometimes, and that's their right rather than something we'd try to prevent. glu.tv is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law lets us say that. Nothing here excludes a guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
Removal: ours and yours
Curation is manual, which means we remove films at our own discretion. A channel goes private, a creator asks, or we change our mind about something we listed. If you made something here and want it off the site, tell us through the contact page and we'll take it down.
If something goes wrong
To the extent the law allows, glu.tv isn't liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from content that lives on someone else's YouTube channel. A dispute about what's in a video sits with its creator and with YouTube, not with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where glu.tv is based.
